Fanning???

Does anyone think that MM might make a suprise move and include Fanning over T.Cloke (who Id love to see play btw)??? I think that it is a definate possiblity and a lot of people are overlooking him just because they are very keen to see the launch of Clokey#3. Thoughts...

Yeh same I will love to see Travis have a game. Hopefully he will be the replacement for Rocca....

While our ruck stocks are depleted so are Essendon's and C.Cloke is battling galantly in the ruck (he is actually #13 for hitouts, unheard of for a Collingwood player ).
With Rocca out we can't have a forward line of just Walker and Tarrant especially when Walker may need to go down back in some circumstances.
So Travis is a definite inclusion. I would say "I'd put my house on it" however we all know how MM goes with selection sometimes.

Fanning no way. Give him a year in the reserves and then see if he can play. He just didnt look good round 1.

But even still he didnt look at Williamstown ever and I dont see where he fits in at Collingwood when Fraser and Richards are back. Doesnt Collingwood need to select the right players for the years to come.

Travis Cloke will have to play this week...Cam Cloke has been great in the ruck, and Walker is back up...whether he will keep his spot...but no way Fanning should come in.

Trav Cloke all the way...he fills Rocca's spot, and is a handy tap ruckman if needed.
