Yes, Brett Cook was a playing assistant coach to Jamie Elliott at Darley, then they later coached against each other in the Bendigo League. Elliott was originally from Maryborough. I think Jamie Bond was originally at Talbot & then Beaufort, but later played for Maryborough. Those blokes were real football journeymen all over that part of Victoria & beyond.
