What about Kym Monteath?
Pretty big buzz around him Julz , apparently his old man "really" wants him at Richmond . Never know , they may chuck a " Gilmour/Jackson " on it and take him with pick 70 so we don`t have to give up 3rd rounder next year . That is how we beat north to Andy Krakouer . I hope they do , do something like that because i would hate for Eagles or Dockers to do something like that to us .

Hammerfire , Myles Krakouer can`t be taken by us in father son , his old man played for north !

The Kangaroos could have given up a 2nd (?) round pick and picked up Andy Krakouer as F/S and no-one could have touched him. They elected not to do this and were hoping to hide him away and pick him up with a cheap pick. Too bad for them!

I am not sure, but I think Monteath is not eligible for this year's draft... too young. If he is half way decent, we will only have to part with a 3rd round pick next year. Possibly well worth it.

Just looked at their website and it only shows Rhys Monteath, not Kym.

Kym has been injured most of this season actually, to get a better idea of how he went in the games he did play check www.wafl.com.au and search the colts games from about round 11 to round 15,

he missed the last month and a bit in the colts, I'm unsure why, maybe injured again. He had a pretty ordinary year, but it could be due to the season being injury interupted.

That's his older brother Balmy. The latest list on their site seems to be for 2003.
Kym badly injured his shoulder in round 3 this year playing for the Colts (U/18).
