I use to like it when my mum made a cheese cake. I'd clean the bowl she made the cream in and get any extra base left over. If I was a smart kid I would of bought her a slightly smaller baking tin and swapped it so there was extra left overs.
 
Choc mudcake, caramel mudcake, tiramisu. I like my cakes pretty plain and free of any fruit/nuts, and it has to be super moist.

Mostly though I love the Balkan style cakes my mum whips up.

I make a mean raspberry and sour cream cake. Very yum.

Also love cupcakes (vanilla FTW), chocolate or caramel mud, pineapple tart, apple pie or apple crumble. yum yum yum.

I once had a cheesecake pavlova.

Baked vanilla cheesecake, with a pavlova (cooked seperately) and then placed ontop and decorated.

Following on from the Favourite biscuits/cookies thread.

Thought I might create a spin off thread.

For me it has to be apple and sultana cheesecakes, can't go wrong.
