Gil rocks! Also Mr Burns, Lionel Hutz ('The brownest of brown liquors.. so smooth, what's that you say? you want me to drink you?) jasper (paddling your own canoe.. thats a paddling.)

But the best two are Cletus the slack jawed yokel and Disco Stu- both started off as one line jokes, and became recurring characters.
