From the point of view of participation, Golf has a lot going for it. The feature I most admire is it's ability to sensibly use handicaps. A match is possible regardless of player's widely different skills. Another admirable feature is that you can play it for such a long stretch of your life. I look forward to having matches with my granchildren some time in the future.

2/ NHL (Blues)
Then it kinda gets tied between MLB (Cardinals), Tennis, F1 (Webber or Button), V8, Union (Reds), Swimming, maybe a bit of NRL (Dragons)....
AFL and SANFL- Crows and W/WT Eagles
Beach Volleyball- Summer Lochowicz (Kerri Pottharst was a Legend)
Basketball- Kristi Harrower and the Australian Opals- the Men's team sucks
... Then I don't know- Cricket, Horse Racing, etc.
But NO Car Racing, Motor Racing, Grand Prixs, and of that car stuff, I HATE it!
