This chinese girl wanted to rent my bungalow out for a while. Anyway her english wasn't very good at all and on top of that, at the risk of sound very mean, she was quite slow. It was hard to give her very basic directions.

Anyway after showing her the bungalow i went inside and about 20 minutes later she came in to tell me that she felt to "ronrey and rice-o-rated" to stay there on her own. I was highly impressed by her ability to perfectly describe her feelings on the situation in light of the struggles in communicating more basic things.

i'm suffering through a force ten hangover so can't entirely remember but i know i have read filth and other random bits and pieces. i'm not a huge reader. where most people will curl up and read a book i'll curl up and throw some music on. after hunter s thompson, irvine is the best writer of the last 100 years imo.
