Ha ha. They apparently battered us in the 1-6 game.

Rooney told him to sign Ozil from Bremen but Fergie told him to mind his own business. He signed Chicharito instead.

Says Lampard was a great servant for Chelsea but not a top international play. Says he's one of the few that doesnt think Gerrard was a top, top player. Expresses surprise at £20m for Downing saying "he's talented but not the bravest or quickest". :D

Says our title win was his biggest setback, and the worst day in his life. YAY.

"@iainmacintosh: Chiles is going to **** his head to one side, smirk and say, "So, Roy…read any good books lately?" and then everyone's TVs will explode."

Says that Rooney struggles to keep the fitness levels up like guys like Giggs and Scholes

Nah cant be, SG assured me earlier in the year that Rooneys fitness was spot on.

I wonder if Bozza will still be sucking Ferguson's **** every week on Fox Sports after reading the book.

He definitely lays into him! The thing I like most about Bozza on Fox Sports is that he doesn't shy away from the fact the a) he was a top-top player and b) that he f*cked it up for himself

"He has become the most influential player in England, bar none."
"He's got that unbelievable engine, desire, determination. Anyone would take Gerrard."
"Not that Vieira lacks anything, but I think that Gerrard does more for his team than Vieira does."

Long-term or excessive drinking can and does cause damage to the brain -- Neurological damage and memory loss. Some damage can repair itself, but some can become permanent.

Says he ain't a top top player, then says he should've played central more (Coz Benitez who made him player of the year and scoring 26 goals from 42 games has no clue where his best position is), yet at the same time said he isn't all that coz he didn't get a kick against Keane and Scholes, then says he tried to sign him back in 2005 coz "he can win games singlehandedly"

Like my crazy grandpa rambling on about hoot, all over the shop, this is one book that's better used to level my dining table

From what I gather what he says is going to cause a headache for Moyes at a time when he's already under pressure. Re-opening the Rooney affair now is not a smart move.

What do people want? A book written by a ghost writer who makes shit up or SAF's actual opinions?

A lot of knickers will be twisted it seems.

But those very knickers belong to- among others- Wayne Rooney (one of Utd's best players). It doesn't seem smart to potentially unsettle him and destablise Utd still further.

Why not?

Roo is a big boy I'm sure he knew what was going to be said. I fail to see that it will effect United in anyway.

Gets stuck into becks and his love of celebrity lifestyle, basically blames posh for changing him
