JJ1978, do you have any idea how strangely sad you come across as? Moaning and wringing your hands like a granny whose washing is getting rained on. Have a little sit down, then go outside, breathe some non-sporting oxygen and perhaps you'll realise how stupid and ultimately pointless it is to let some block headed jock who cares nothing about you, get you so pathetically wound up. This site is hilarious. What would you be like if an issue of actual substance came your way? Christ mate, get a life.

but tell that to the 1000000 paid up supporters of their footy teams around the country that are passionate about their team.

I have many things of substance in my life and I enjoy talking about many things, politics, health, children etc, and so happen one of those things is football.

I talk about Football on this board for that's what it is for and god strike me down for doing so... tell me Thylacine what would you like me to talk about on a Football forum and I shall comply.

If you are not passionate or interested about what other Carlton supporters have to say, there is always www.theage.com.au, www.news.com.au, www.cnn.com etc etc where you may get more reading of substance that may appease you.

I think it is great that people like JJ1978 have such passion about footy and life. He has commented on Fev from more than just a footy perspective anyway. As for him not having a life what about you getting so wound up about bagging him? He is just a Carlton supporter on a footy site...why have you even worried about his comments???

If more people were passionate about things in life then the things outside of footy in the world could perhaps be vastly improved.To my mind JJ has felt something on a deep level with Fev's attitude and voiced his opinion. If you disagree then perhaps you may get your point across better by being more constuctive.

jj1978 Fev has been a great on field leader and one of the few shining lights for Carlton this year and his form todate has been fantastic! If he wants to establish himself a media career through his actions so be it he is a long way off being the next Akermanis. I get what you say about this being a forum but I don't understand turning on a player who has turned his form and spirit for the blues around 360 degrees this year?

If he wants to establish himself a media career through his actions so be it he is a long way off being the next Akermanis. I get what you say about this being a forum but I don't understand turning on a player who has turned his form and spirit for the blues around 360 degrees this year?

Havnt turned on him at all. Basically am disappointed that he seems to aspire more to go to the US to try out in the NFL and that some of his openess about that isn't fair on his team-mates and supporters.

jj1978 I undersatnd your concerns but if I had a $$ for everytime a player on the footy show made a comment that turned out to be crap I would own Channel 9. It's clear that the players have to say something to help ratings and boost their own media persona. One minute Fev studying criminal law then next his a punter. Last time he was on I think he was pushing hair product or something!! I wouldn't be concerned. Just take the footy show as more variety show less a current affairs!

Still if I was CFC I wouldn't be too impressed. Especially since he's the CFC no1 draw card at the moment.

I was more worried about the J Brown and happy ending story and the fact it was actually about big Fraser....... theirs 2 guys I wouldn't want to be on my bad side looking for a square up on the field!
