We could do worse. If we sent them unrequired players, the absolute worst thing we'd get in return was a tall reputation knocking back stubbies in the goal square.

He'd demand a token defender and if he decided to show up he could draw the first defender. In my dream, Pavlich is CHF and Fevola has taken the number one defender, freed up Pav and they both kick 3-4 goals a game.

I would prefer that one of our kids turned into a comparably talented player but we do need to consider putting him in our forward line. Murphy for Fevola wouldn't be bad for the FFC on field. Culture off field... I don't know.

If I were the Bulldogs supporters I'd be furious that my club was more interested in a brain snap boxer with maaaybe one year left in him than a two time coleman medalist with years left in the body who needs to not be the star in the team for once.

The Bulldogs should try and get them both.

The Bulldogs can't afford Fev. Besides, he's not really up for trade. Look at the teams he nominated, a key forward is the last thing they need.

just wondering if a 3 way swap could happen with ethier bulldogs or sydney meaning we could end up with tarrant, fev would go to one of the above clubs and you could get another pick inside the first round

Maybe

Freo Gives: Tarrant and 2nd Rounder and other average player to Carlton
Freo Gets SOMETHING OF VALUE FROM BULLDOGS

Carlton Gives: Fevola
Carlton Gets Tarrant and 2nd Rounder and other average player

Bulldogs Give SOMETHING OF VALUE TO FREMANTLE
Bulldogs Get Fevola

dont know what you guys are lacking maybe another forward grphyen

That 'something of value' better be bloody good.

The Bulldogs have committed to Hall and appear disinterested in Fevolenko.

the bulldogs are stupid if they pick hall over fev

a bad boy who could snap at any minute who has 1 year maybe 2 left in him

over the the coleman medalist who just made a dick of himself

and carlton have said they are willingly to pay about 250k of fevs salary for nothing to suit him to a club

If Fev is going anywhere it's to Sydney... they need a high-profile FF to replace Hall, no matter how dysfunctional Fevola is.

They arent stupid if Hall can be picked up for a 4th rounder or for nothing through the PSD. You expect Tarrant, a 2nd rounder and an average player for Fev

Seriously wtf is this guy on????? This guy must post on Bigfooty to come up with a trade like that......

. The Swans trade Ryan O’Keefe, Ed Barlow & Barry Hall to Carlton
2. The Swans trade Ryan Brabazon to Fremantle
3. Carlton trades Brendan Fevola, Eddie Betts, Steven Browne, Dennis Armfield and its third round draft pick to Fremantle
4. Carlton trades its 2nd round draft pick to the Sydney Swans
5. Fremantle trades Chris Tarrant to Carlton
6. Fremantle trades Matthew Pavlich and Brett Peake to the Sydney Swans

They absolutely are stupid if they continue down the Hall path. Fevola v Hall - Fev by the length of the straight.

If Fev is available they should do everything within their power to get him to Whitten Oval.

Footy is a business nowadays. Going for Hall over Fevola is a bad business decision (gentlemen's handshake or not).

I'd be disappointed if Freo weren't looking at the possibility of Fev in purple.

Hall is a loose cannon yes but with the delivery of the dogs on ball brigade I dont think Fev or Hall would make a HIGE difference. Either of them shoulod see the DOgs go one week further into september.

Also note:
1. Hall would cost SIGNIFICANTLY less in a trade. Carlton will want 1st rounder + something else for Fev. They can probably get Hall for a 3rd rounder. For probably 20 goals a year difference i dont think this is worthwhile for them.
2. Hall's contract would be far less, and from memory the Dogs are in debt and cant spend their entire cap so they would struggle to fit Fev into their salary cap
