fifa08 online (ps2)

Hey people, i started playing fifa 08 online on ps2 the other day against random people from USA, Spain etc. I found that there was like button lag very minimal but it was still there. Like i press pass and like 1 second later it passes, i can play like this but i sill would rather the gameplay perfect. Anyway does anyone know some ideas on how i can prevent this? also if i play fellow people from Australia the online gameplay should be perfect yeah?

P.S this even happens when i play someone with 3 green connection bars. I also have 3 green connection bars, i habve Cable interent: 100.0 Mbps

Put up with it or play Australians.
I'm on 8MB mate and I get no lag when playing Americans, only really when I'm playing Europeans.

how awesome is the online for Fifa. My brother and I and a few mates play all the time - it's just brilliant!

Lag time on the PS3 minimal, haven't so much tried OS players a great deal
