After reviewing the tips the winners are:
Div 1 Red Hot Tip
Div 2 Pupsta

Div 1 was soooo close. No-one tipped Woori to finish top and everyone tipped Monnie to finish in the finals, so it went to a series of countbacks.
First, I scored the correct final 5 regardless of order. YGThunder, pdog pizza's, RedhotTip, Ozzie27, McCavity and LFG all had 4.
Second, checked the bottom two, which only eliminated pdog pizza's.
Third, checked the relative order of the top 2 and that left only Red Hot Tip and Localfootyguru.
Finally, checked the relative order outside the top five and Red Hot Tip had only Healesville (6th) correct, while localfootyguru had only Warburton (7th) correct.
The tie-breaker was next door's labrador who piddled on Red Hot Tip, who sealed it because his top 7 was marginally closer to the correct finishing order.
Div 2 was a lot easier. No-one tipped the bottom two. In fact only Pupsta and Moin got one of them - Alexandra. No-one tipped the final five in order. Pupsta was the only one to pick all five, even if the order was wrong.
