If so then it probably isn't possible unless the Firewall is on your actual computer rather than the server.

So what is your problem, your behind a firewall and... im guessing the pool room (whatever that is) will not work. This is because the firewall probably blocks the communication port that is used by this application to send and recieve messages. Go to the network administrator (or the server computer) that has the internet connection and arrange the change to the firewall settings. You will need to remove the port, that is used by the 'pool room', from the firewall program then it will work.
BTW don't fu@k with it too much. There is probably good reason the firewall blocks certain ports, open the one that is required and leave it at that.
