Is it like a villa you live in??

Yes. About ten in a row in each block connected to each other. Each has a small courtyard in the back. Mine has mostly stones and a little fake grass. No real gardening to do. The village is gated.

You are kidding me, I actually have a toothache. Have had one the past few days on/off.

Yeah I'd have to at least some outdoor area even if it's only tiny just for stuff like a cat. What I would look at getting if I bought in Perth as in what is imo a good area a house is out of reach.

Nah the no outdoor thing isnt the thing- i mean looking back at the villa I reckon i sat in our (front-which sucked) yard and read the paper maybe twice.

When we were in the townhouse I used the backyard maybe 3 or 4 times.

Its just like you'd think the neighbours would know each other itd be a more "fun" experience to live in. But its really not, everyone keeps to themselves. I STILL havent met the guy across the hall.

The woman underneath me is a complete bitch- no hellos nothin. I say hello to the old ppl on the ground floor.

Other than that- not much else..

Re the dude across the hall he's a tradie so he's gone about 7.30am, i dont leave till way past 8am, then i get home and he's home. So no real chance to cross paths, I reckon I'll never meet him lol

Toothache has seemed to have subsided after a good brushing, mouthwash and flossing too

No kitty litter tray I was thinking haha. Gotta have a cat with me.

With that new person or others not saying hello I'm a quiet person and in in that situation (especially being new) would very likely not say anything to you. BUT if anyone initiates that sort of thing I would be most receptive to it whether it was an elderly person, the same age or right down to a kid. I'd hate for you to think that someone like me couldn't be friendly underneath.
