Seagulls and pigeons are probs the most annoying.

He was the best thing of the entire movie. But even he couldn't save it single handedly.

Msg council about switching to email notifications for rates cause i was led to believe it is $22 cheaper per year.

Council msgs back- there is no discount for that, it costs $22 to receive an extra notice about the previous years rates. -provides details to sign up for email-
