They're shopping for a tiny house. I just dont get this fad. I reckon living in one of these the novelty would wear off quickly.

Ceiling height makes a massive difference in how big a place feels, like the old cottage types are pretty small in L x W dimensions but have 10 ft ceilings so don't feel cramped.

I always lol when a place tries to call a, I dunno a 2.5 x 2.7m room a 'bedroom'. That's a study or nursery.

3 x 3m is the minimum imo.

Another idea from the wonderful world of Leigh Matthews. Team that finishes top of the ladder gets to pick which of the top 4 team they play week 1 of the finals.

Could really motivate the team you picked as you've basically said they are the worst.

Not that i agree with his suggestion but you can sort of get annomalies in the finals though with the cross over, like in 2015 we finished first and ended up facing Hawthorn in the PF, whilst West Coast got a far easier opponent in North Melbourne that only snuck into the 8.
