I am "this close" to going to the owner of the apartment (they rent it out) and offering them 10k for the spot to own it outright. So I don't have to put up with this shit anymore

Wait I think I understand now, you have a spot but it is ridiculously small so to be practical you have to park a bit over on the neighbour's spot, that they don't use?

It's another spot I have no claim over. My actual spot I was sharing with my neighbour one month on one off.

A completely different pair of spots, this neighbour bought a new car and she can't drive in without scraping. These spots have been sitting empty for weeks. She tells me ah just use them, then a couple weeks later today what I described above
