I'm having lunchsnack at the moment - a roast beef and turkey sandwich with mayo, salad, tomatoes, dijon mustard, dill pickles and tasty cheese. I'm trying to adjust my eating times. I had sultana bran at noon for breakfast. Snack now and dinner after 7. My friend's daughter brought me a few meals yesterday - beef curry, quiche, spag bol, chicken fried rice and roast pork and veggies. I've put some in the freezer. I have enough food to last a week.

Have to catch up with FD from last night.
