ive seen bits and pieces of it, but ive never actually gotten through the whole thing in one sitting.

i think that guy just made a terrible, terrible movie and is now claiming that he meant it that way after it got ironically popular.

im one of those people who book their seat online to sit as far away from other people as possible. or even better, go to the drive in. audience participation is my worst nightmare

It wasnt that bad- it was pretty funny.
But yeah i wouldnt need to see it again, like at the Nova or anything
(They still screen it once a month i think)

And yep im 100% like you. When i go to the movies i usually sit in the second row from the screen. No one sits down there, you can't see anyone else its fantastic

I saw IT Chapter II in one of those cinemas with reclining seats, in groups of two. Back right theres two sets of two, so i booked one on the aisle, thinking no probs a couple can/will book the other 2, leaving the one right next to me empty.

Oh no. A middle aged man with his 2 kids, plopped down next to me felt like saying sarcastically "why dont you just sit in my ****ing lap dickhead "

I glared at him instead and once the opening credits began i moved to the front on the left hand side.

Theres were several other options that moron could have sat in too.

im going to open my own cinema and there will be specific showings where children are not allowed.

and weird loner showings where no more than 20% of seats will be sold.

and showings for smelly comic book nerds who think deodorant is an optional extra so they dont annoy regular people who do shower

then i'll open my restaurant in the foyer and i'll make millions

Kids can be annoying af but tbf i saw the Incredibles 2 (was 40 degrees and literally shit all else on), was reasonably busy sesh. Kids all behaved perfectly .

Imho the worst campaigners in cinemas are teens. And old ppl. The latter believe they have an absolute right to commentate the ****ing movie.
