Fwiw i never treated the yr7s like babies. I remember one aide coming outside with a heap of scarves and gloves (they were doing a task outside) handing then out. Like wtaf they should get their own fking stuff. Same with teachers handing out pens, paper etc to students. Saw it every lesson pretty much
