I ordered Macca's through Menulog tonight because of free delivery and two cheeseburgers from my McValue Box didn't arrive. grrr

Tried a burger from our cinema cafe this week, it was actually pretty good with nearly everything in it for $12.

I haven't eaten there whilst watching a movie but it's not bad having proper food available to brought in for you when it's ready during the movie.

They did piss me off by giving us a kebab with sweet chilli sauce instead of hot chilli though, ruined it.

I rang Menulog and they sent me an email to reply to giving them details. I'll see if I get a full refund of the entire box or just what each cheeseburger would have cost. I ordered the McValue Box so I'd have some leftovers for tomorrow. I still have a Quarter Pounder and two salads and three chocolate milk packs left. When I ordered from Uber Eats once my hamburger meal box didn't have the hamburger in it, but my fish and potato cakes came. I got a refund for the full meal.

Back in the days of a misspent youth used to have free maccas for days.
Simply walk in and complain in a measured, polite but assertive tone that your order was missing various items.
Trick was to make it quasi believable.. i.e :i didnt get my big mac, and two large fries.
Of course, the greedier we got, the gambit was more risky.
But the tone of management of the time(management. lol. a pimply faced late teen jnr manager) who was alwalys indoctrinated to believe the customer and not risk a ruinous reputation of the establishment.
Still years and decades on, feel zero remorse for a multi corp. milking money thru known unhealthy offferings.
Mate went a bit far. Tried KFC and said his bucket was missing 12 pieces. That didnt fly so Maccas was the go to.

As a kid I remember Swan Aquatic having these buy one Big Mac get one free vouchers on the end of leaflets for the centre but with no expiry date on them in the early 90s. Grabbed a couple of handfuls one day and they probably seen us all through to about 96. Used to get funny looks when you used them though.

We used to have buy one Big Mac or Quarter Pounder and get one free coupons all the time back home. Same with Burger King's Whoppers. We had a McDonald's a couple of blocks away. However, I think I've now had Macca's more times in the past two years back here than in the 17 years I was back home! Thank you Uber Eats and Menulog.

I decided to watch The Help tonight for about the fifth time. I'm glad that I already have finished my chocolate milkshake.

We used to have buy one Big Mac or Quarter Pounder and get one free coupons all the time back home. Same with Burger King's Whoppers. We had a McDonald's a couple of blocks away.
