As I was waiting for my call to Cetrelink to be answered, I noticed today's date -Oct 28. It's the 60th anniversary of my Godfather's death in a car accident. How do I remember stuff like that? Probably because his death is one of the reasons why I have never had a driver's licence.

I can almost guarantee she made it with ghee (clarified butter) which is why it was so delicious
