Out & about, adjusting to modified meds and enoying a better balance of things. Had a good review with my psych last week; helpful to see progress made and pathways forward.

Work finished for the day, rest of the day/evening will be hanging out with nieces & nephews watching cricket and doing pre-Christmas cooking/trial runs (rum balls, icecream, ribs marinade, cheesecake). BBQ with friends tomorrow night - host is doing smoked beef brisket & pork spit roast.
