Saw one of the worst episodes ever of Undercover Boss

• an employee been with the company for 20 years gets thrown an extra week's vacation a year (so from 2 to 3) are you kidding me.
• a different employee had handed in his notice because he found a better more high paying job. At the end of the ep he was convinced to stay.

/fst fwd 4 months later he got laid off due to the company being moved OS. (it makes music equipment)

Went online after to google it- it happened 10 years ago now, but was a real shit show. Lots of negative articles came up and the company got absolutely rubbished across social media.

I would honestly use more sunscreen in a summer than a lot of people would in a lifetime.

I used sunscreen every day even in winter.

In summer when I'm out swimming I go thru a lot. I actually need to cut back. I apply it, then 5 minutes later I'm scared ive missed a spot so I reapply. I really am wasting sunscreen.

Even in winter Then again I guess it can't hurt, as I say to kids you can't put on too much of the stuff just not enough.

I get too much sun but can avoid it because of work and my own swimming. Just have to do the best to limit the impact, lather the stuff on every 45 minute class change, sunglasses, hat and extra zinc cream on face. Wear a rashie at the beach and leisure swimming. Moisturising cream at night as well.

That's freak weather for this time of year, even Perth is 36 tomorrow.

Perth in summer gets very hot but a sea breeze almost always comes in during the arvo in summer especially if you are near the coast, so it isn't really that bad.

Yet another reason I want to move there from this dump.
