That was the other problem with that place I looked at. The design was more for a 150+m2 house, not a 100m2 villa. Like having 2 tiny living areas. Just 1 and open into the kitchen is such a better use of space.. Bedrooms 2 + 3 were ridiculously small as well.

Didn't bid on it and was under offer 24 hours later.
