It does seem to be circumstantial, but she did lie about how she got the mushrooms and she looked online where to find them. Plus how she disposed of the dehydrator and her actions at the hospital.
It all depends how the jury thinks.
The thing that won't get answered is why she did it. The prosecution in their opening statement mentioned "motive" and that they didn't have to prove it. I think that's concerning and that could affect how the jury vote.
