They think that wild animals helped her. Because not only was she well fed but she was also not feral looking.

Well what a day it's been.

For the past 18 months we have been in dispute with the neighbours at the holiday house. We had to get a lawyer.

When I have more time I will detail exactly what they have done. Basically they started building a new house, (they are builders), and they measured incorrectly and built over the title boundary onto our side of the property.

7 months later after submitting a complaint to the Victorian Building Authority, they finally corrected the issue (kind of).

The dispute then moved to the construction of the fence, (which they had illegally removed without our permission). The dispute was with where the fence should be located.

Today we came to the holiday house and found the neighbours were there and they had started to construct the fence WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION!

As you can imagine we were pissed off. I confronted them and the father went absolutely crazy, being aggressive and yelling in my face!! He had to be pulled away multiple times, (by his son and an employee), and told to calm down. I was so shocked but not surprised based on what we had previously gone through all these months.

It turned out they were going to construct the fence where we initially requested. All we wanted was some communication to let us know so we could agree and be in attendance.

It has been such a costly and stressful process for something that was out of our control. Hopefully now the situation has been resolved.

I mean maybe they aren't as busy out here here but the cops were excellent with getting that bitch that keyed my car at the pool. Gave us follow up calls to tell us ahat happened and everything.

Apart from the knobhead with the barking dog who thought that warming a v8 up for 10 minutes at 4am every morning was necessary I don't think I've ever had any really bad neighbours.

Yeah my apartment neighbours have been ay okay, except for some very small issues. Nothing at all major.

At the townhouse, absolutely no issues either

It was just the crazy bitch stealing phones (and then of course tension grew from there, her bf was screaming at my flatmate it was disgraceful behaviour actually) so she sold and moved to the townhouse mentioned above
