Today the topic of Wimbledon came up at the pub. Checked the dates. Am rapt- the second week is smack bang in the middle of the school holidays.

I can watch the second week up late, including the finals no problem. Will be able to sleep later

That's good that it hasn't progressed to Parkinson's. My uncle has Parkinson's and he has had a number of falls. My auntie explained to me on the weekend all the exercises he has to do for his hands and legs.

The dough clogs me up. I might get some cereal other than the bran I have and have that with a cup of coffee after I get up and then have a salad or fruit for lunch and see how that goes.

It took over a year for my diagnosis since my illness is rather rare. I remember all of the possibilities and was lucky with what it really is. Neurologists at Sunshine Hospital took 11 days and still weren't positive as to a diagnosis. Some possibilities had me having only a year or two to live. So, after almost seven years, I'm happy to still be alive.

Quick google says Woolies and Coles sells Paul Newman's ranch salad dressing

It's crap. Not the same at all to Hidden Valley Ranch. What I might end up doing is getting a 16oz jar of HVR powder from Amazon for $50 and make my own dressing and dips. You just add a bit of milk and some mayo with the powder for a dressing or sour cream for a dip. It sounds like a lot to pay but the reviews say it really goes a long way.

A place here in SA has the dressing in a bottle but combined with postage is over $25 for an 8oz bottle. EBay has it, but postage from the states is $25 for a bottle. I thought of asking my brother to send me some from Phoenix, but I don't want to bother him. And he'd insist on paying for it, which I wouldn't want. The powder on Amazon arrives the next day, so I'll think about it.

This is the cereal that I have some days, (other days I have oats). It's high in fibre and low in sugar. Not sure if this is something you are allowed to eat.
