What is everyone's plans for Easter?

Greek Easter isn't until next week. We start fasting from Sunday. No meat for a week. Palm Sunday is when we have fish.

I watched Maundy Thursday services from Washington DC this morning. I'm not sure about the times of other services this weekend, except for 1:15am Monday. Since we go off DST on Sunday, services start an hour earlier for me.

I'll be making ham steaks with pineapple, fresh sweet corn and some potato salad I bought for Sunday. No delivery food this weekend, not even a lucky pizza.

Footy on laptop today. Didn't get out of bed until 2pm. Extra hour of sleep tonight so I can stay up even later than usual.

Gave up on the Swans/Eagles match. Decided to watch Wonka. Didn't get to see it at the cinema. Watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory yesterday.

Back home we'd be inundated with religious films this weekend, especially The Ten Commandments. Easter Sunday was always the Wizard of Oz. Only time it was shown all year.

Happy Easter. Just finished watching Easter Eve services from Washington. Having ham, pineapple, sweet corn and potato salad for dinner - my own making. Have a nice whipped cream cake for dessert thanks to Woolies.
