howdy all

busy day finalising a bunch of work stuff before two days off and weekend, flying down to melb-town 9am tomorrow

jersey mikes was up here for a few years. ive posted somewhere on this site about it, even photos from memory.
was the absolute best. loved it. same sub as you Chicago1 done mikes way

when they closed, i started, and it is hard up here, no italian culture really and supplies hard to get, but i started to once a month buy the ingredients and make it myself for me and the kids. pretty much nailed the ingredients. getting good bread is hard but there is a bakery i found i can get a french stick which isnt too soft like subway and not too crunchy like a french stick should be

Tonight's dinner: Christmas in July.
Turkey, chicken, ham, roast potatoes, green beans, sweet potatoes and a bread roll. Plum pudding with cream for dessert.

This is one of the best meals here. I'm stuffed.
