The damn humidity got me again today. It was 79% this morning with a dew point of 15. My sinuses knew it. I use a saline nasal spray to unblock my sinuses, but I was on my last spray. I did take an antihistamine pill which I'm not supposed to due to my other medications. However it was worth the risk. I felt much better.

Tomorrow I'm having my glaucoma test, pick up prescriptions, and go to Chemist Warehouse, Woolies and Big W. That should take up my two hours with my AgedCare helper.
