Games will start on this coming Friday the 6th with captains the first deadline being Thursday the 5th at 11:59pm AEST. Games will then be 5 days after one another so the 11th, 16th etc.

Since The Jet is quivering with anticipation I'll let him reveal the fixture. You get to each play one another ONCE.

Thankyou boncer34

Regarding the State Of Origin, when posting lineups, please tag me AFTER the lineup.

I will also reveal the order of the match postings so a lot of you will not be hanging around waiting for your match to be posted. They Will be posted in each of the match threads.

Here's to a potentially great State of Origin carnival :thumbsu: :footy:

Ill be doing a top 10 stats for the carnival after each round also.

Sure, top 10 will be ok BUT you will have to make sure it's a full list as obviously top 10 lists can change after every round of matches.

ALSO for everyone, I'm creating the fixtures now and will post it in this thread with my next post.

Winner of SoO Carnival is the side who finishes top after this 5 round round-robin series.
If any obvious errors with fixturing, please let me know. I tried to have it as fair as possible.

Defending Champions NSW/ACT to have 2 home games. Same as Vic Metro & Country. W.A/S.A & Allies all have 3 home games

Now on to the important stuff.

Thread posting for the match threads each round. Who wants in? 5 rounds, so we need 5 people to create the match threads.

Who wants what? 1st in 1st served. But they need to be more than just half hearted stuff. Quality is needed. Post in this threat what round you want to to and then you can proceed to do it.

Before anyone gets their knickers in a twist over the grounds The Jet has obviously just picked the most likely candidate for the home ground. If you want to play elsewhere (Ie. Vic Country want to play in Mildura) then just say politely in here and we can accomodate.

Since round 1 in SoO starts this Friday, who is willing to do those match threads? and the others? Any idea boncer34 as I am hoping they will be done ...

NSW/ACT should get three home games for winning last season. This is unfair.

We don't need any favours to go back to back.
