That goal was almost unimaginable. I know I nearly choked on my beer with excitement as it went through. Totally a freak goal and must be close to goal of the year.

Motlop is ahead of Davey. Yze is up there. Too hard to seperate. Dale Thomas' goal was ok but wasnt that good. Just the name makes it better than it really was. God ppl love him. He isnt that good.

That's right. 2 weeks ago was one of the best weeks for goals ever. The three nominated were Foley, Motlop and Farmer.

i will probably get shot down on here for saying this... good goal by flash..

fell quite harsh tho.. we are basically stealing Dale Thomas's prize.. that was goal of the year...... another poor decision by umpires...

Considering the fan fare around Motlop's i'm surprised people haven't given Yze's as much credit. The only ral differences i can pick up is that Motlops was on the run and from further out whilst Yze's was of a couple of steps from 40.

I know Yze can't win it but that was a freak goal.
