Pretty good days racing..

I like Scenic Shot in the 3rd.
He is a classy type & will be good odds. 3rd run in & ready to produce his best. The spacy Flemington track will also suit.

Archie Senior in the 4th.
Nice type & will be hard to beat.

Empire Dancer in the 5th.
Will be huge odds but I am expecting a good run. Has been freshened & suited by the drop in distance, go well.

Royal Asscher in the 6th.

Top win last start & can go on with it.
I was on Scenic Blast last Saturday, but just dont feel as confident first time down the straight. Was an outstanding win though & keep following towards the Guineas.

Marasco in the 7th.
Will turn the tables on the Cat tomorrow. Had a frustrating run of seconds in Melb, but that will all change. I am also tipping he will go through the rest of the spring unbeaten..

Lets Go Thommo in the 8th
Goes well fresh & will be nice odds.

Whats everyones thought on Sleek Chassis?? the most disappointing run for me so far this year was the slipper for her, but to me she is the most consitant performer of the lot, seems to have the star quality.

Anyone think she can go the mile?? would love to see her really hit the line and show some promise

What a tough race,early $$$ are for J Momente.
Will be keeping an eye on Eskimo Queen from a CC viewpoint although I cant see her winning from the carpark she drew.

I still reckon that one day Permaiscuous is going to start to deliver on the fantastic early career form she had.
Will be it be tomorrow, probably not with that crappy barrier, but i hope it wins.

Ok... 3 Weekends in a row... First 3 legs of the quaddie... 3 weeks in a row... no forth leg - screaming my lungs out for Okay Oky (60/1) chance coming home into 4th last week...

For what its worth...

Race 6
Looks like a hit and hope to me, everyone will have an opinion... mine four chances are:
1. Zizou - with Craig Williams/Hayes combo I'd rather hold safe
2. Purrealist - from back of field to 2nd last start, Hugh Bowman comes down to ride. 3 runs for 3 placings.
3. Sleek Chassis - forget slipper run and its always a contender
4. Royal Asscher - I think last week was misleading and punters will come hard but with Beadman on board, solid horse. Got to respect.
That said everything is a chance in this race... Chinchilla Rose is a very good horse, Emjay Hussey could be anything, Scenic Blast was good last week...

3. Maldivian - dont leave him out, right in it

1. Divine Madonna
2. Let Go Thommo

El Daana will end up being the best horse in the race. May just get a little too far out of its ground tommorrow, but both of its runs have been eye catchers.

Flash Coupe opened $10 on fixed TAB now $5.5. Massive run 1st up threading its way threw the field.

Let's Elope is a raffle, & should be a leg of the quaddie. Cancanelle's last 200 last start was the quickest in the form race for this. A trap race though due to the limited pace in the race & outside draws traditionally tough to win from at headquarters. Dart board race.

Royal Asscher is flying in what is a fantastic race. Time wasn't anything special but she did on her ear & the straight 1200m should suit. Dangers all over the place.

The Bobbie Lewis worries me. There is just no pace in the race at all, which may not suit many of the favoured runners that tend to get out of there ground. Big Divine Madonna fan but tend to think she is a false favourite in this.

Master O'Reilly definately the one to beat in the last.

How does Divine Madonna go first up?? she normally needs a run doesnt she?? she may be a bit wintery in the coat and Kavanagh will probably be treating this as a trial. I love her but I think today might be a good day to back something over her, Bon Hoffa would be my tip especially if the track isnt running on as much, I suppose we will find out how the track plays in the first couple of races.

Don't know what is worse actually, sprint lane at the Valley or backing leaders over 1400 at Flemington.

Was 5 for 5 last night (including 2 up the cheats lane) which made up for some average days and jumped into Pins On Parade today so quite a big wrap for both at the moment. Cue has been put in the rack for the day.
