I went to the game at ammi and i heard the funniest thing, to adelaide supporters were screaming going "THE AFL HAS TOLD THE UMPIRES TO FAVOUR COLLIGNWOOD, SO THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY AND BIGGER CROWDS" i lolled. The better team won on the day.

and i also got to go into the rooms after the game and bryan claimed they were "toying" with the crows in the 2nd term to make it look good

hahaha bryan is a character

I usually don't mind any supporter who shows passion for their club, however I was sitting in a bay with a lot of Crows fans and behind us there were 4-5 Collingwood boys. After the match ended and people started leaving, they began to swear and antagonise parents and young children about the loss. I thought this was particularly untasteful especially to the kids who were there to watch a good game. I know it's only a few and I don't generalise, but sometimes it works both ways.

Yep, Unfortunately there are idiots who just don't know when they cross the line. I don't mind the stirring that goes on between supporters during games. As you said, the passion comes out. However there is no excess for swearing.

I was in Adelaide at 7:15 am till 20:30pm. Not once did i hear a bad comment nor did i get sworn at. Most fans were saying "good luck" (tongue & cheek) but hek its all part of being a fan and not a trouble maker i guess. My Adelaide experience was a great 1.

I was in Adelaide, I was at the game, and I did hang around for about an hour afterwards, and for a few hours in the city later, and this is what i found.

Adelaide supporters, while dissapointed, in the majority were fair and well behaved towards us Collingwood supporters, to the point where a few even gathered around Joffa's post game under the stand circle and enjoyed the spectacle.

There will always be a minority of idiots from all teams, and we have our own share of them, but overall i was impressed with the behaviour of both sets of supporters, like I am most weeks.

For christ sakes, go to Italy, Portugal, Spain and watch a soccer match, they are just violent for the sake of being violent.

We have the best game in the world, and this is shown by the behaviour of our crowd, and the respect we give to all no matter where we are, or what has occurred.

I just say lay off Adelaide, they got knocked out, and are entitled to be a little pissed off, but I was impressed with the overall behaviour.

P.S. The worst supporter we encounterd all weekend was an Essendon supporter who bagged the living s&#t out of presti all day, then left 10 minutes from the end.
