I find on the chicken pieces at KFC that I have to peel off half the coating due to fatty skin and globules.

Great for hangovers.

But like the RR better, with a preference towards the independent Charcoal Chicken Shops.

Funny South Park story. While coming up for an idea for the episode "The death of Eric Cartman", in which everyone gives Cartman the silent treatment after doing something really terrible. While in a meeting eating KFC, they came up with the idea of how terrible it would be if someone came in and ate all the skin, so they put it in the episode .

Yep KFC chips have got RR covered.

KFC chips can be very good.

Nothing beat really good Charcoal Chicken chips though

Mate and I got stuck into some KFC during the final hour of a bender a few weeks back, quite frankly it's just shit now, the chicken pieces seem much smaller (haven't had it in Australia for a while) and well shittier since the last time.

However KFC in Singapore ****ing rocks, hot n spicy all year round. One of my joys of living there.

both are best only ever consumed hungover. I feel less guilty eating RR even though its just as bad, But KFC gets over the line just due to its sheer greasy goodness. Honestly, 90% of the time I get either i find its been horridly made.

What I find disturbing is the recent trend to replace genuine chicken with chicken constitute in the burgers and wraps...referred to in the Deli as 'chicken loaf'.

RR has better chicken, and it has stuffing as well. The new coating on the strips is good. Chips are better, especially if you get them without salt. They never get the potato and gravy mix right, best to just order gravy. The only thing worth eating at KFC is the skin. However, I thought parma burger was good. RR for me.

Haven't had Red Rooster in ages. Had the KFC deal with the burger a chips a couple of times when getting home late the last couple of weeks and just wanted something to eat. Seems to be more KFCs around and as take away for me is more an impulse rather than planned buy I tend to have that.
