Anyway i got a food question...what exactly is the meat inside dim sims. Not feeling overly well after some home madies and my dad said he coulda sworn it was dog meat.

That's as much of a wild guess as anything, but it can't possibly be doggie meat.

You're right, Spidergirl-- maybe we DO need a Food Board to debate these types of confusing topics.

I have a recipe for Dim Sims. Quoting from the directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients for dough in medium sized bowl. Slowly add water, eggs and mix well. Cover mixture with a clean cloth and set aside in warm place for at least 15 minutes.

2. Slaughter the cat........

the pre-made pastry/skins are what we use...

re cats... not too sure about that..
