Yes.

The TAB quotes their prices thinking they will pay out on only one winner (highest goal kicker). When two or more people tie, they aren't going to want to pay face value on multiple players but 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 odds depending on amount of ''tied'' runners.

What do you want them to do? Void all bets instead? It's the most logical solution the current dead heat rule.
