G'day guys,

I have been trading forex for about a year now after moving over from stocks. Really keeps me on my toes.

Is anyone alse trading currencies here?

Love to here about your experiences.

Since moving over to currencies I have had my butt spanked a few times.

Gives money management and discipline a new meaning.

The GPY/YEN is my favourite currency to trade. I love the volatility.

Which insitution do you trade it thru?

Its a little too volatile for me, however the volumes you can trade are awesome.

I trade live through FXSolutions (FxSOL) in the U.S.

I can probably get better spreads through other brokers but their platform is easy to use and the spreads don't change during news times.

I also demo on InterbankFX to keep my systems up to date and practice new ones.

How much cash do you use on one trade? What are the commissions like? And what % movements do you experience with currencies?
