Poor kid must be wondering who those wastrels in his team who are older and supposedly tougher are doing in a Big 4 roster. Imagine it. You grow up hearing about what it must be like to play in a good richmond with the huge raucous tiger Army roaring you on...you get there and what is happening? Giggling in the stands!!

He is really clocking the games up fast, development seem to have slowed, I thought he would have become one the key player by now.

He's gonna have to start taking on a much more prominent leadership role over the next couple of seasons. We need to start looking at developing future captaincy options sooner rather than later.
