Hey guys just wondering if you can clarify a past players name for me.

I think it was something like De Rauri or something. Played in the early 90's i think

Cheers

Tough as nails defender who took a few scalps with his great hip and shoulder that would apply from time to time. Come over with his close mate Richard "Rocky" Dennis in 1987 but didnt crack it for a senior game until the follwoing year.

as a young guy i used to do chinese takeaway deliveries in the essendon area - anyway, 1 nite i did a delivery in moonee ponds when david kernahan answered the door (in one of those peter bosustow 80's cap) -anyhow i was stoked & asked him who else was there (as they had at the front door all these
foto's on a foto board of themselves) & it was da rui, sticks & david.

hows that for some damn useless info ?!

Was at The Rose in Fitzroy watching the Blues V Port game and who was standing next to me belting out the Carlton theme song, one David Kernahan....GOLD!!! Should have asked him to sing Stand By Your Man like our current President!!

Was a gun!

Ill never forget when Ronny Delulio was knocked in the head by Tony Shaw in our forward line in the Centenary match. Probably my greatest memory of him...

Gees he was good...:p

Ron or Ronnie wasnt it?

'Rotten' Ronnie Delulio. :thumbsu:

Steve Da Rui was a fav of mine back in the day. Tough as nails HBF from WA who shirked no issues. One particular tussle between him and Darren Millane at Waverley was worth the price of admission in itself. ;)

Bit rough Shmurf - mine would be the day he and 'Rhino' O'Sullivan practically won a game for us from their respective HFFs after being down at the half against the Aints at Princes Park. :thumbsu:
