Do you actually have any antivurus software protecting your pc ?

If not, follow the link provided by fraser pronto, or you could end up with worhtless piece of junk.

Since you are most likely using Windows; in Internet Explorer you can use this online virus scanner for free:

and a link to a online Trojan Scanner:

I had a bloody awful day yesterday because I got a spyware virus. A trojan horse called backdoor.agent B infected my computer, hijacked my homepage and infected 4012 files. Took me 5 hours to clean up my computer, but I found Norton Systemworks to be a good investment. You should possibly think about purchasing it.

What sort of problems have you had with AVG? I've been using it for a while and it seems fine.

I have just downloaded AVG and am waiting for the code to arrive. Before I install it I would like to know what is wrong!!!!

Hehehe.

If people are stupid enough to believe that macs (or anything else is immune), the let them.

Not immune but about 50 times less likely to get an attack.

Ps. Im not a Mac user, but lets be honest they are a ********load safer.

safer.
If someone knows what they are doing on a PC they'll be safe enough. The problem is people who use outlook express and open every attachment. And those that don't have virus crap.

Not since the days of XT have I ever been infected by a virus.
