The danger men from the Swans include Goodes, Williams, Kennelly, Hall, O'Loughlin, Schneider and Davis.
I think we should play McPharlin on Goodes (when he's not in the ruck), Carr on Williams (he did a great job in round two), Hayden on Davis, Haddrill on Hall (if he isn't suspended), Parker on O'Loughlin and Walker on Schneider.
It is also important that we apply strong pressure in our forward line to limit the classy rebound of Kennelly and Mathews from half back. This is where Croad and Koops could be of greater value.
Also, due to the small size the SCG, centre half forward isn't such an important position, which will suit us with the likes of Longmuir, Medhurst and Farmer playing deep in the forward line.
The clearances also become more important on a smaller ground and with our midfield dominating the clearances against Adelaide, hopefully we can get an edge in this area.
Kirk has statistically been the most effective tagger this season. He has claimed many scalps and did well on Dessy earlier in the year. It will be interesting to see how Hasleby/Pavlich/Headland/Bell cope with him this week.
The Swans have Maxfield out and from looking at the reply, Hall will most likely be suspended, making him unable to play against us. We should be at full strength.
