Has anyone here been to a Melbourne Victory vs Melbourne City A-League game? The atmosphere is great, but I would never go there with young kids. The only thing though is if you go there or look at the video the crowd is mostly made up of men. I thought the AFL was meant to be a family friendly place. These kind of chants etc is not a good idea if you still want families to go.

Most of them are away games where familes can obvious not afford the time to go.

However in Germany kids and family still stand and still chant. I spoke to germans at uni and they describe it as a fun day out where everybody is encouraged to get involved.
