The writing was on the wall before the game. I heard Mark Thompson online on 3AW, and immediately I knew that we would win comfortably. His 'confidence' sounded fake, and he seemed very worried about the outcome to me.

He didn't know where Richmond had played Adelaide earlier in the day either. He also hinted that they would flood, and Collingwood booted 12 first half goals against this flood. Thompson's coaching was disgraceful.

Despite the dreadful opposition, Collingwood were great in every way, and it was a great win! It was a record winning margin against Geelong as well.
