How did Garry McIntosh go when he was down in Tassie a few years ago??

i know he was coaching a club..how did they go and did he play at all?

Captain Coach of the Northern Bombers (North Launceston) in the former Statewide League in at least 2000 (can't think if he was there in '99 or not).
Went pretty well from memory, got North to the 2000 SWL Grand Final and went the knuckle early in that match.
Clarence played all over them in the wet and won by 49-points up at the now Aurora Stadium.
The SWL collapsed about 3 months after that match was played and McIntosh, still contracted to the Bombers for the 2001 season decides to honour out his contract and coaches the club in its return to the NTFL in 2001.
Someone on here will correct me, but wasn't that the year North went through the season undefeated in the roster season and finals but dropped the Grand Final to the Burnie Dockers?

the legendary macca took em to the big dance as captain coach but couldnt come through with the win. that information above is correct as far as i know.

he then came back to norwood for a few yrs (02-04) but got bundled out in prelim in 02 and didnt have much success in the latter 2 yrs.
