Why has he got the loyalty of an NBA player? He was drafted to Sydney (where he didn't wan't to go), saw his contract out and then managed to get to the Tigers - a club he had supported since being a kid.

He is now contracted to use for the next 5 years, which means he will most likely see out his playing days with us.

Hardly the profile of a football mercenary.

Then again, why am I defending Gaspar to you? It has nothing to do with him! You just hate our club and are looking for any hook to catch us with.

Gaspar deserves every penny he receives and was right to try and negotiate a contract that benefitted his bank account, especially one that would see out his playing days.

Good on him - If I was excellent at my job and could demand a better wage from my employer, then I would most certainly do so. But then again I work for the government, do very little and do it well. And due to our ongoing strike action manage I better wage deals quite often. So umm, I'm a bad example.

But I digress.

How about I pose a question to you, my pal squaffing friend. Would you decline the offer of seeing he of the unfortunate hairstyle in the red, white and blue? No matter you dislike of his disposition??

Huddo will be good for you guys he needed a change and will kick 50 to 60 goals next year for you underneath Ottens and Richo.With us he was treated as one of the forward guns.I dispute that youturned Leon Cameron into class he did win a B&F with us you know.He was stale at the time and needed a change.The fact that we traded him is one of the reasons for our great list of young players at the moment.Did you think Ben Harrison would have as good a year with us as he did?

I was surprised that Harrison appeared to grow a little skill! He was an OK player for us, a useful utility who could play tall or small (he once carried the ruck for us against Freo one day!)

He was a thumping kick and could easily cover the distance to goal from outside 50 but used to always let himself down with his footpassing. That was one thing that noticably improved in his game once he went to the Bulldogs.

In all truth, he was squeezed from Richmond due to salary cap pressure, not for lack of ability, though does appear better at the Western Oval.

Harro is a better player with the doggies a think and he has got alot more skill now then he did with the might of Richmond.
