The SC thread is up, so I thought we may as well get one going for the far better game. Just post your interest in here, and I'll PM the code once the competition opens at the beginning of Feb. Only 15 more are needed though, so get in quick (however, if there is enough interest, more leagues can be started).

Dreamteam is much easier to grasp, there is a defined number of points for each possession/free kick etc. Whereas with Supercoach, there is a designated number of points per game, and they get assigned over all 44 players after factors such as possessions, impact on game (match winning goal etc.), efficiency, whether or not you are Adam Goodes are taken into account. And yes, I'm still bitter after a finals loss at the hands of Goodes.

Yea nah. They are exactly the same, except for the scoring system. Supercoach tries to reward players that can actually play, while Dreamteam rewards possessions.

I actually have more trouble with DT because I always get sucked into picking players that can play football instead of spuds who rack up points like Kornes and Priddis.

haha yea.

Just looking at my team from last year, at the end of the season I had Hunt, Gilbee, Rich, R.Murphy, Bock, Barlow etc still. fml.

Kicking skills ≠ DT points. Finished with a lot of zeros on the field as well.

In my defence I didn't spend long on it, I know some people spend a lot of time on their starting teams.
