Hey guys,
Looking to play some AFL next year, coming from League/Union background here in NSW.
Already 3 weeks into preseason training, (just light conditioning).
21 Years old / 77 kg / 185 cm
Currently I am doing 1 skill session a week with a mate at Moore Park, but he is just as unexperienced as I am with the sport.
If anyone wants to help out the new guy, it would be appreciated.
