i think there's greater problems at the club and out on the field than bachar. he has performed very well over the last few seasons and hasn't done a lot wrong so far this season. yes, he's been a bit fumbly but he's not alone there. i don't get why you'd want to lose two key runners at the club in bachar and ellis. the top sides are all utilising elite runners. we have two in quite a slow side and yet they're the ones in the gun?? nup.

Houli is one of the most consistent defenders in the AFL ,averaging at 20 disposals per game in each year since 2009.He was one of only five general defenders in the AFL to rate elite for disposals and metres gained per game last season ,while also rating above average for intercept possessions. Houli isn't known for his defensive work,but he excels in defensive one on one contests, losing just 14 of the 65 he has defended since 2013 ,recording the best neutralising percentage of the top 10 at the club .

Houli on a wing is a good idea and would worth tryin g. I think Connor would be a fantastic running hb but we want him to also defend. I think his size atm would make him a bit vulnerable but imo your on the right track.
